CrossFit StumpTown! We are having a canned/boxed food drive at the gym. We need more food! CrossFit Mt. Hood thinks that they can get more food collected than us. As we all know, its a very very rare occasion that they beat us at anything. We have until the 20th to get as much food as possible collected. This will all be going to the Oregon Food Bank. Come show your StumpTown pride!

If the serratus anterior is stiff it does not grab the bottom of the scapula and pull it forward and out of the way. This leads to a lack of rotational capacity and stability overhead.
