This goes to show that you don’t have to be in first place to feel accomplished from a workout. I haven’t been able to HSPU for over three years due to an injury during a competition. Today I did 75 with just one a mat on the ground. It was a slow, grueling process but I got it done with no pain. I apologize to all those who witnessed my screams and woohoos!

This group was given a task that would test them both mentally and physically. The task was achievable yet grueling, and would surely be one to remember. They gave it their all, and we couldn’t ask for more.
