Who is excited for the open today? We will be streaming it live on the TVs at 5pm if you would like to come down and join us.

Fridays workouts for the next 5 weeks will be the open workouts. You can arrange to get judged at this time or you can meet with everyone else at 1pm every Saturday. It will be organized like a little in-house throw down. Either way, have fun and kick ass!

This goes to show that you don’t have to be in first place to feel accomplished from a workout. I haven’t been able to HSPU for over three years due to an injury during a competition. Today I did 75 with just one a mat on the ground. It was a slow, grueling process but I got it done with no pain. I apologize to all those who witnessed my screams and woohoos!

Hello everyone. A family member from CrossFit X-Factor (Lin’s and my old gym) passed away a couple months ago and she is being honored with a special workout tomorrow.
